Elle peut \u00eatre verbale (menaces, injures, diffamations,&nbsp; outrages&#8230;) ou physique (coups, blessures&#8230;)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Comportements sexistes<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce sont des agissements li\u00e9s au sexe d\u2019une personne, ayant pour objet ou pour effet de porter atteinte \u00e0 sa dignit\u00e9 ou de cr\u00e9er un environnement intimidant, hostile, d\u00e9gradant, humiliant ou offensant.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Discrimination<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elle r\u00e9sulte de traitements in\u00e9gaux et d\u00e9favorables appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 certaines personnes en raison de certains traits r\u00e9els ou suppos\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur origine, leur nom, sexe, apparence physique, appartenance \u00e0 un mouvement philosophique, syndical ou politique.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Harc\u00e8lement sexuel<\/b><b><br><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est le fait d\u2019imposer \u00e0 une personne, de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e, des propos ou agissements \u00e0 connotation sexuelle, qui, soit portent atteinte \u00e0 sa dignit\u00e9 en raison de leur caract\u00e8re d\u00e9gradant ou humiliant, soit cr\u00e9ent \u00e0 son \u00e9gard une situation intimidante, hostile ou offensante. Est assimil\u00e9 au harc\u00e8lement sexuel, le fait, m\u00eame non r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, d\u2019user de toute forme de pression grave, dans le but r\u00e9el ou apparent d\u2019obtenir un acte de nature sexuelle, que celui-ci soit recherch\u00e9 au profit de l\u2019auteur des faits ou au profit d\u2019un tiers.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Harc\u00e8lement moral<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce sont des agissements r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s qui visent \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail et qui portent atteinte aux droits, \u00e0 la dignit\u00e9, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique ou mentale ou \u00e0 l\u2019avenir professionnel de l\u2019agent.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Menaces ou tout autre acte d\u2019intimidation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une parole ou tout autre acte exprimant le projet de son auteur de faire du mal \u00e0 une autre personne ou d\u2019endommager un bien.
